terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to my tos and undertake to follow them
1) reference
↳ i need a clear visual reference of the character i'll be drawing. complex designs or text-only descriptions will require an extra fee
2) right to refuse
↳ i may refuse to work on your commission if i won't be able to draw it well enough. this includes subjects i’m not comfortable with, such as: nsfw, gore, mecha, feral, muscular, political and humans
3) payment
↳ all purchases are made with full upfront payment via paypal or cards (through lava.top or boosty). if you're unfamiliar with these platforms or have any issues, just let me know and i'll help you!
4) waiting time
↳ you’ll be added to the queue right after i receive payment. once it's your turn, i’ll finish your commission within three weeks
5) feedback
↳ i'll send 1 or 2 sketches and won’t draw until i get feedback. if i don't receive feedback within 3 days, the commission will be moved to the end of the queue
6) changes to artwork
↳ i can do a few small changes for free within 24 hours after delivery, but major changes will require an extra fee
7) publishing
↳ i have the right to post your commission anywhere, unless you explicitly requested otherwise during the process of commissioning
8) copyright
↳ credit me as the artist and don't claim the art as your own creation. for commercial use, credit in the description is enough, it doesn't need to be on the product itself
9) ai usage
↳ my art can't be used for improving artificial intelligence. uploading them into image generators or style transfer tools is also prohibited
10) respectful behavior
↳ i value mutual respect, so constant spamming, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in a block and cancellation of the commission without a refund
11) refunds
↳ i only offer refunds before the first sketch is sent, but keep in mind that you won’t receive the full amount back because of bank and platform fees. however, if i’m unable to finish your commission, i’ll refund the amount i received and send you the current art for free
12) commercial use
↳ my standard prices are for personal use only. if you want to use my art for profit, the price will increase by $150. any unauthorized commercial use or violation of my terms of service will lead to a dmca takedown and permanent blacklisting without any notice
13) adopts
↳ once purchased, the character design is fully yours to modify, trade, or gift. reselling is fine, but the price can only be increased if it comes with extra art and i'm credited as the original creator
