terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree
to my tos and undertake to follow them

1) payment
↳ all purchases are made with full upfront payment via boosty (analogue of patreon) using any available method and currency equivalent to the EUR price

2) reference
↳ i need a clear visual reference of the character i'll be drawing. complex designs or text-only descriptions will require an extra fee

3) right to refuse
↳ i can refuse to work on your commission if i think i won’t do a good job

4) waiting time
↳ once it's your turn, i’ll finish your commission within three weeks

5) feedback
↳ i'll send 1 or 2 sketches and won’t draw until i get feedback. if i don't receive feedback within 3 days, the commission will be moved to the end of the queue

6) changes to artwork
↳ i can do a few small changes for free within 24 hours after delivery, but major changes will require an extra fee

7) respectful behavior
↳ i value mutual respect, so constant spamming, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in a block and cancellation of the commission without a refund

8) publishing
↳ i have the right to post your commission, unless you explicitly requested otherwise during the process of commissioning

9) refunds
↳ i only do refunds within 24 hours of payment, but you won’t receive the full amount back because of platform fees, bank conversion fees and taxes. however, if i’m unable to finish your commission, i’ll cover it and issue a full refund

10) commercial use
↳ my standard prices are for personal use only. if you want to use my art for profit, the price will increase by €100. any unauthorized commercial use or violation of my terms of service will lead to a dmca takedown and permanent blacklisting without any notice

11) ai usage
↳ my art can't be used for improving artificial intelligence. uploading them into image generators or style transfer tools is also prohibited

12) copyright
↳ credit me as the artist and don't claim the art as your own creation. for profile pictures credit is optional
